Repair Services

Our technicians are available to diagnose and repair a wide range of hardware and software issues. Bring your equipment to our workshop located at Azimio – Kaloleni Street, Opposite Kaloleni Sec School, Kondo Building Block 22 Plot #7, Arusha, for immediate troubleshooting and repair services.

  1. All repair jobs are to be carried in by the Client to our workshop, located in our premises Azimio – Kaloleni Street, Opposite Kaloleni Sec School, Kondo Building Block 22 Plot #7, Arusha.
  2. As a preferred customer, the Client’s equipment will undergo troubleshooting immediately and subsequently repair will be endeavoured immediately.
  3. Upon repair, the Client is contacted and requested to ascertain equipment’s operation in our Service Centre.
  4. If the equipment is deemed beyond economic repair, the Client is not charged.
  5. The Company supplies the Client with a repair report indicating the nature of the fault or faults, any parts used, and recommendations if applicable.
  6. The Company supplies the Client with a Tax Invoice on a monthly basis, specifying all repair jobs done.

Preventive Maintenance Program (PPM)

Our Preventive Maintenance (PPM) services ensure optimal performance of your equipment. The program includes the following terms:

  1. The Company is to provide Periodical Preventive Maintenance (PPM) services __ times annually, on dates mutually agreed upon. The Client is to request these services on dates specified, at least 3 days before commencement of these services.
  2. During PPM, the Client is to make the equipment to be serviced, sufficient room, and electricity available to the Company’s technicians.
  3. Before undertaking PPM, the technician ascertains the equipment is in working order and does not require repair. The Company reserves the right to exclude equipment from PPM if its technician considers repair necessary.
  4. The Client is required to comment on any equipment problems before the technician commences PPM.
  5. The Client is to provide the Company’s technician with ample workspace, adequate light, and a safe electrical power supply.
  6. The features of PPM are described in Appendix A.
  7. Upon completing PPM of a device or set of devices, a supervisor assigned by the Client is to ascertain satisfactory operation and sign for this on the Job sheet supplied by the Company (whereof a sample in Appendix B).
  8. Upon completion of the PPM service tour, the technician submits a copy of the Job sheets to the Client, and if wished by the client discusses any recommendations made on them.
  9. The Company sends a Tax Invoice to the Client based on the devices actually serviced as per Job sheet, and the Charges Sheet of page 2. The total amount on this Tax Invoice is to be settled within thirty days.
  10. The charges for equipment presently installed are as calculated in the schedule below. Because the actually installed quantity may change, this schedule serves as an indication only.
